What this site collects
This website is run by Christina Shortsleeve, a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Results in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This page explains what information the site collects, where it goes, and the choices you have.
When you fill out a contact form or request a guide, the site collects your first name, your last name, your email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and a message. Some forms ask one or two extra questions, such as whether you are buying or selling, and your answers are collected too.
If you give a phone number and agree to receive text messages, the site records that you agreed, the exact wording you agreed to, and the date and time.
Beyond what you type into a form, the site keeps standard server logs, such as the pages requested and the time of the request, which help keep the site running and secure.
Who receives it
I use a small number of service providers to run this website and follow up with you. Each one handles your information on my behalf, only for that purpose.
- GoHighLevel is my contact management system. When you submit a form, your information goes there so I can reply and keep track of our conversation.
- Vercel hosts this website, which means your form submission passes through its servers on the way to me.
I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
RE/MAX Results is my brokerage. This policy covers this website, which I run.
How it is used
I use your information to answer your question and to follow up with you about buying or selling a home.
I also send market updates and new listings by email. Every one of those emails includes a link to unsubscribe, and you can also ask me directly to stop sending them.
I keep your information in my contact system until you ask me to remove it.
Calls and text messages
Giving your phone number is optional. I only text you if you agreed to receive text messages when you filled out a form, and I use texts to follow up on your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. If you'd rather I call, email, or not contact you by phone at all, tell me and I'll update your record.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Contact me using the details below and I'll take care of it.
You can unsubscribe from my emails using the link at the bottom of any email, and stop text messages by replying STOP.
