Relocating to the Greater Tulsa Area means choosing a home in a place you may not know well yet. From a distance, the towns can look alike on a map. Up close, they're very different: in the homes, the school districts, the drive to work, and what's nearby on a Saturday.
When you're moving from somewhere else, you don't have years of local knowledge to lean on, and touring houses alone doesn't give it to you. That's where I come in.

Getting Around the Greater Tulsa Area
The roads you use every day will shape how you feel about your new home, so it helps to know the main routes before you choose a town.
From Broken Arrow, the Broken Arrow Expressway and the Creek Turnpike are the main routes toward Tulsa, and the drive changes a lot depending on which side of Broken Arrow you live on. From Coweta, Highway 51 is the route to Broken Arrow and Tulsa, with about 20 minutes to Broken Arrow and roughly 30 to 40 minutes to Tulsa as a starting estimate.
Inside Tulsa, the BA Expressway, I-44 and Highway 169 matter depending on where you work. To the north, Owasso connects to Tulsa by Highway 169. To the south, Glenpool sits along Highway 75, and Jenks keeps you close to south Tulsa.
Drive times like these are starting points, not promises. I recommend checking the drive from each home you like to your actual workplace, at the time you'd really make it, before you decide. It's one of the most useful things we can do together when you're new to the area.

Does the address tell me the school district?
Not always. In Broken Arrow, for example, parts of the city fall within Union or Bixby Public Schools. I verify the district for each specific home.
