A central location may mean less yard, or a different price for the space.

How you get around matters in Tulsa. The BA Expressway, I-44 and Highway 169 can make a big difference depending on where you work, and Riverside is a route you'll get to know if you spend time near the river. "In Tulsa" doesn't tell you enough about the commute, so I'd check the drive from each house you like at the time you'd normally make it.
Tulsa has plenty to enjoy close by: a walk at Gathering Place, dinner on Cherry Street or Brookside, or an evening downtown near the Blue Dome District. Which of those feels convenient depends on the part of Tulsa you choose.
